Relevant Testing Requirements For Magnesium Sulfate Heptahydrate
After the production of any product is completed, it needs to be tested at the factory, so as to ensure the high quality of the product. The same is required for magnesium sulfate heptahydrate. Next, I will introduce some inspection requirements.
1. Each batch of manufactured products has a corresponding quality certificate, and the content of the quality certificate should be specific. Generally speaking, the quality certificate includes the name of the manufacturer, the address, the name of the product, the grade, the gross weight, the batch number or the date of manufacture, the certificate that the product quality conforms to this specification, and the specification number.
2. The detection of the product should be sampled. When sampling, the collector should be inserted into the position below the center of the material layer for sampling. The collected samples should be thoroughly mixed and then reduced to 500g, and the samples should be quickly placed in two clean wide-mouth bottles for sealed storage. The two bottles should be labeled separately, and the label should specifically indicate the name of the manufacturer, product name, grade, batch number, sampling date and the name of the sampler. One of the two bottles will be used for testing, and the other will be sealed and stored for one month for future testing.
3. Check whether the product conforms to the standard selection gb1250 rules.
4. The weight of each batch of products required to leave the factory should be controlled within 50t.
5. The inspection time of the product application unit. The user of the product shall inspect the product within one month from the date of receipt of the product.
6. If the quality of the inspection product is unqualified, it will not be inspected.
